Banjarmasin Floating Market is a traditional market at tributary of the Barito river. Many of them sell the agricultural produce, They’re bringing from the upstream to the market by using boats. The trading atmosphere is cheerful when the boats gather. The traders are dominated by women by wearing headgear called Tanggui. It starts at sunrise time and quiets about 10:00 am when empty boats leave one by one. To get here, must leave before sunrise by using klotok boat.
