How to book us

Booking for the tours are very easy. Just simply follow the steps below.

View our list of available tour packages. When you have already selected the packages  you like, just click on the “CONTACT US” button displayed on the right top. Feel free to make enquiries, we will be happy to assist.

You can add more than 1 tour package. Please fill in your  Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and message. Then press “Submit” or send it directly to

We will confirm the availability of your reservation (usually within 24 hours during Indonesian business day).

When we’ve already get confirmation of your payment, We will send to you the receipt and the final itinerary

booking and payment

A deposit of 30% from the total package to our bank account 2 (two) weeks after the reservation is confirmed to you. The balance of your tour price completing full payment can be done at arrival in cash Indonesian Rupiahs only, or must reach us by bank transfer not later than 7 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the appropriate cancellation charges.

In the event of cancellation of booking by Client, a written notice must be provided. The following cancellation charges must be borne by the Client and the travelling companions as follows:

04 to 07 days

95% forfeited

08 to 14 days

85% forfeited

15 to 29 days

75% forfeited

30 days or more

55% forfeited

Bookings may be accepted up to 7 days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.

After receiving our official confirmation of your tour, any change of tour, departure date, hotel, type of room, substitution or reduction of passengers names, will incur a US$45.00 amendment fee per booking file.

No refunds on unused services Any refund due of the above, will be done between the 30 and 90 days after the notice.

Charges for passports, visa (s), inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, airport tax, airfares if not mentioned in the itinerary, and all items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more.

Some flights restrict the luggage with the maximum of 10 kg and 7kg cabin baggage . We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip.

If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us.

It is each traveler responsibility to ensure that his or her passport is valid for at least six months upon date of arrival in Indonesia, including other related immigration requirements, as the appropriate visa (s) for entry into and leaving the country of Indonesia (for information of visa regulation, please visit our website (     

Please take a note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you to purchase the travel insurance.

ALESA TOURS does not include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour.
